Posted on: June 28, 2024

The Milford High School Department of Athletics, through its partnership with ProForce, is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Paciolla as the Eagles’ new Strength and Conditioning Coach. In her new role, Paciolla will work closely with all of the Milford athletic teams.

Paciolla comes to Milford after spending this spring as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Mason High School. She was also a personal and small group trainer at Queen City Kettlebell. Paciolla has also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Orange Theory Fitness and as a Gymnastics Coach at Kids First Sports Center.

This April, Paciolla earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati. While attending UC, she was also a member of the school’s club gymnastics team. Prior to UC, Paciolla was a graduate of Mason High School.

"We are quite fortunate to have a rising young professional in the Sports Performance Field coming to Milford like Kaitlyn!” stated Milford Director of Athletics Aaron Zupka. “She is a go-getter and will hit the ground running with our student-athletes and teams this summer. Kaitlyn has diverse experience as an athlete, trainer, and coach that will serve her will in this new leadership role at MHS. I'm really excited for our female teams to have a positive female role model in this position to help encourage, grow, and develop more utilization of our weight room and performance resources. But make no mistake, Kaitlyn has great experience training male sports teams and will continue to push all of our MHS athletic teams to a different level to make them stronger, tougher, and more prepared for success!”

Paciolla officially starts her new duties at Milford on July 1.
