Milford was limited to only four hits, while leaving eight on base as Oak Hills knocked off the Eagles in the OHSAA Sectional Finals by a 3-0 score on Monday afternoon. The Highlanders scratched across an unearned run in each the second and third innings, then added a go-ahead run in the seventh to end Milford’s third consecutive championship season.

Oak Hills’ pitcher Sami Reese struck out six and came up big on several occasions, as half of the Eagles’ runners left on base were left in scoring position.

Milford’s season concludes with a final record of 21-4 and the program’s third straight Eastern Cincinnati Conference title.
