Milford Manny Fernandez is up for the Cincinnati Enquirer’s Top Boys Track Athlete of the Week. The junior scored 23 points at the New Richmond Invitational, which included placing first in the 110 hurdles (15.4 seconds) and 300 hurdles (41.97 seconds).
