Summer workouts begin Thursday, June 2.
Every day is 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Monday and Wednesday's we will meet outside the weight room. Thursday's we will meet on Eagle's Way near the football stadium. Bring water, a pumped up ball, running shoes and cleats, and the appropriate dress.

7th and 8th graders are welcome to come and train with the high schoolers on June 23, 30, July 7 and 14, 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Meet at the grassy area between Eagle's Way and the football stadium.
