Summer conditioning for boys cross country begins June 6, 2016.
We will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 am at the high school weight room. On Fridays we will meet at the Milford bike trail at 8:00 am. Practice will end at 9:30 am each day.
You must have a physical on file before coming to any workouts, as well as an emergency medical form.
