SETTING THE SCENE: The Milford water polo teams will part ways this weekend. The boys travel to the Sycamore Invitational, which has been changed and relocated from the Mason Invitational, and the girls head to the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, August 27.

A LOOK BACK: The Eagles competed at the Napoleon Invitational on August 12-13. The boys finished the weekend 2-2 after losing a pair of games against 2015 state runner-up, Upper Arlington, 13-2, and Toledo St. Francis, 13-4. Milford rebounded on day two, beating Napoleon, 11-9, and St. Xavier “B” Team, 9-7.

The girls are 1-3 after playing the Napoleon Invitational. They lost consecutive matches to two versions of Upper Arlington’s team on Friday, before splitting games on Saturday – beating Mason, 15-5, and losing to Napoleon, 10-6.
