Week of March 17
Milford Track Quartet

Senior DJ Chadwell set four indoor track school records over the course of the last six weeks. His consistent training and hard work paid dividends on the indoor oval. DJ is primed for a huge senior track season and has his sights set on putting his name on some more school records. Sophomore Elle Campbell had an outstanding winter and is poised for a great outdoor track season. She also set four indoor school records and had a very consistent winter of training. Elle looks to continue her path as one of the top distance runners in the ECC. Senior Josi Stickle was selected as a team captain representing the sprint group for the 2025 season. She's coming off a solid indoor season, where she set a number of PRs. Josi is our most experienced athlete as she enters her fourth season as a varsity Sprinter. Senior Tim Dick is a first-year competitor on the Eagles' track team. His preseason preparation and attention to detail have been impressive. Tim is excited about competing on the track. Additionally, he is focused on improving his speed and athleticism in preparation for a college football career at Thomas More University.

Week of March 24

Emmie Bell
Junior, Milford Track

Emmie has been selected as a team Captain this year due to her outgoingness and team-orientated approach to leadership. She had a great indoor season, as she was a member of the 4x400 relay team that set a new school record! We are really looking forward to watching Emmie continue to grow as a leader and as an athlete this outdoor season.

Gideon List
Junior, Milford Track

Gideon has been selected as a team Captain this year and has jumped right into that role perfectly. He is coming off a great indoor season where he set numerous PRs and helped break school records in the 4x800 and 4x400 relays. We are super excited to continue to see Gideon improve throughout this outdoor season!
